Told you I sort of have setting a new standard here at the office when its comes to heels.
I´m wears 5 inch stiletto heels now as my dayly kind of heels and so do my girlfriend too. Its cool!

At the office its just four people wearing high heels. Its me and three women.
Two of them wore 5 inch heels just like me. The third lady wore just 3 inch heels.
I wore my black suede 5 inch stiletto pumps, with a super pointy toe and steel tiped heels.
I wore a pink dress shirt, a dar grey jacket and dark grey ladie´s typed dress trousers. Why? They fits me better and black sheer pantyhose.

Had an awsome experiance yesterday. The girls wanted me to have lunch together with them.
I accepted, we had a real good time togeter.

Since I did a day in my 5,5 inch heels at office it seems my girlfriend and the girls at the office has followed this trend wearing higher heels.
Before my girlfriend was mostly in 4 inch heels and the girls at the office was mostly in 3 or 4 inch heels.
Suddenly they had gone up wearing higher heels too.

Wearing 5,5 inch heels to office is possible but I woulden´t wear them every day.
Talking with my girlfreind and the girls at the office I think 5 inch heels is more manageable at the office.
It strange what 0,5 inch can do. My self, well a 5 inch stiletto pumps is my shoes to office now. The same goes for my girlfriend and the yunger girls at the office.
We me and the younger girls at the office are now trying to get also all women here taking up higher heels wearings.
One woman she´s in hers early forties. She wears heels but just 3 inch heels. We´re trying get her to start wearing higher heels just like us. Its cool I think me has sort of setting the standard.

Now I know, its possible wearing realy high heels for a day to the office.
I was in my 5,5 inch heels from anout 7.30 in the morning until 8 o´clock in the evening.
Doing a lot of walking and standing in my heels. Walking was ok, standing was not.
To tell you the truth I kicked my heels off a few times for a few minutes, while sitting at my desk working and while I was attending a meeting. Wearing nylons its quite easy slipping the heels off. Nobody saw me doing this. Or so I thought.
On my way out from the meeting one of the girls at the office asking me, wispering, "hey didn´t you kicked your heels off during the meeting?"

Guess I was all red to my face, YES I had kicked my heels off but how could she knew, I asked her
"Oh its easy", she said. "First the little twist you did, kicking your heels off, then the sigh on your face sitting in your nylons, I just knew you did".
I coulden´t lie to her, told her "yes I did".
Then she told me, "I did the same, you know". We smiled, laughing, nobody else knowing nothing about it. IT WAS RATHER COOL.

More to come.

I´m thinking they´re going so well to a pair of light blue jeans. Must pop in after work buying some new very light pantyhose that should go well to my white pumps as well as my jeans.

On 28 August 2010 I completed a 10 mile walk wearing 6’ high heels to raise money for Cancer Research UK. The walk was actually meant to take place the previous Saturday but due to adverse weather conditions was postponed until the following weekend.
You must be wondering how the hell I managed to complete such a long walk in high heels. I will tell you straight. My feet are now killing me but due to a secret weapon they are not as bad as they could have been. I was sponsored by a company to test a product called ITSOLES which are currently undergoing testing. My task was to test them for durability. If I tell you that I weigh 14.5 stones or to the Americans 203 Lbs. (92kgs) you will understand what sort of pressure they had to endure. I was actually walking for 8 hours all of which was on tarmac paving.
The first 5 miles was reasonably easy which is what I expected as I had already completed 5 miles in 7.5’’ heels the previous year. The heels I wore this year were a lot easier to walk in as the platform was only 1.75’’ compared to 4’’ on the pair I wore last year. The rise was a lot more which made me wonder if I would actually complete 5 miles let alone 10 miles. Another difference is that the heels had padded insoles as well as the secret weapon. I also had the heels tipped with steel tips which made me sound like a 2 legged horse. Contrary to what people said about walking with steel tips I found them no problem at all. What I did notice at the end of 10 miles is that one of them was very lose and could be pulled out with a good tug. They were barely half worn and would be good for another 15 to 20 miles
I started to get blisters after around 4 miles and I knew then that the last 5 miles would be painful but I did not give in and just kept plodding along. After 8 miles I was in severe agony but I still kept going. I could see the end getting nearer all the time. My legs felt like they were buckling underneath me. The last mile was the hardest mile I had ever walked in my life. Oh how I was looking forward to putting my feet up. I promised my wife that I would double the 5 miles for her and that is what I was going to do. No way was I giving in I wanted to do the full 10 miles.
There was one very funny bit near the end. A person was putting money in the collection bucket and when I told her I was nearly finished she asked ‘’have you got far to go’’? I replied ‘’no only to my car there’’ pointing to my car that was 15 feet in front of me. I told her that I was not finished until my hand touches the car.
What I have now learnt when doing a high heel walk of this nature is to get into a rhythm and keep to the rhythm. As I was wearing stiletto heels I also had to keep an eye open for cracks in the path which would of ended the walk on the spot as its highly likely that the heel would of broke as well as injuring me. I had a few trips but not as many as the 5 mile walk wearing the larger platforms. As I got nearer to the end I found I was having more trips so for safety reasons I decided to have more stops to rest my feet.
Even though I put plasters on my toes and feet before setting off they helped a little bit but I still ended up with at least half a dozen blisters on my toes
I don’t know how much money I collected in the bucket on the walk but I have an idea that it’s in excess of £500. I will let everyone know once it’s been counted
If you are wondering how you go about buying the insoles I was testing they will cost £14.95. They are called ITSOLES and will be available shortly direct from www.itsoles.com they sound rather expensive but compared to other similar items I have tried these knock the spots off all of them. You get none of the problems normally associated with normal insoles such as slipping. They work great in open toe sandals which is what I wore on my 10 mile walk. Try some, you won’t be disappointed.:smile:

Today I recieved a phonecall from a man named MARK SHEPHERD. For the last 3 years Mark has been developing a new kind of insole named the ITSOLE which has been designed for use with high heels. Thanks to my local radio station my name was passed on to him as this coming weekend I am participating in a 10 mile high heel sponsored walk.
He was keen to contact me as he was looking for guinea pigs to try out and promote his new ITSOLES. What better way to test them for duribility then get a 14.5 stone (203Lbs) man to walk in them for 10 miles. I was more than willing as he was also willing to sponsor the charity £50.
At first glimpse they look like strips of clear silicone jelly but I have been told this is not the case as they are a new material that he has invented and had patented himself. As the photo shows they are also different looking as they are in 2 parts for each shoe. First impressions look great but as the saying goes the proof is in the eating.
As yet they are not on the market and are still undergoing tests (me being one of the testers). Mark is hoping to have them ready by christmas. i will of course let you know how they perform after i have done my walk and also post a picture or 2

What is the most akward place you´ve been too wearing high heels?

I´m a motor racing fan, a car fan. So the most akward place I´ve been to so far wearing heels is to a race meeting.
Not a place for high heels or perhaps it is. I wasn´t exaclty the only one wearing high heels there. Well ofcourse I was the only guy there wearing heels but I saw quite a few women wearing heel too, my girlfreind did too.
We did quite much of walking me and my girlfreind and a quite a bit of standing watching the races.
It was impossible for both me and my girlfreind walking of soft muddy surface. The grass was NO NO for both of us in our 4 inch stiletto heels, the gravel paths too.
We had to keep us self on harder surface. Sitting eating we both sitting dangling our heels, slipping our heels off. Its quite easy to do this when wearing nylons.

So what´s yours most akward place wearing high heel too.
